Your Service Agreements come with Our Assurance
Any property that has a service agreement with Assured Environmental Services is provided with the following as standard:
- A file is kept on site that contains all pertinent documents to the work being carried out. After each visit a treatment report sheet is made out by the technician. It details his findings, his actions taken and records any preparations used on site. The report sheet is kept in the file as a record of our attendance and actions on site.
- All properties that have a service contract with us are provided with a computer generated bait plan or sometimes a list of bait points instead. This keeps you informed of the location of any baits and bait boxes on site.
- If signs of pests are found on site we may decide it is necessary to make “re-visits” until the problem is cleared up and no bait is being taken. This is at no extra cost.
Should a premises that holds a service contract with us see a pest that is specified on the service agreement, they are entitled to a free call out between scheduled visits.
