Invasive Weed Species

Knotweed, Himalayan Balsam, Ragwort and Giant Hogweed

These are increasingly, becoming more of a problem throughout the country.

A lot of these species have been introduced by gardeners and have just acclimatised well to our country and spread greatly into the environment.  Plants like Giant Hogweed can also produce a nasty rash if you come into contact with them.

All of these invasive species can be controlled with a correctly timed application of herbicide.  Follow up treatments may be required in the same year or indeed the following year to ensure that the whole of the plant is being killed off.  Whatever reason you find to be rid of an invasive plant you can be sure that there will be a selective weed killer to remove it with the minimum of inconvenience to the customer.
